Get ready to take your brisket game to a whole new level. Join Jason and Craig along with ten of your new best friends for a 14-hour day smoking your own brisket from selection, trim, seasoning to completion.
 
We will be smoking on 500 gallon and 101 gallon offsets and will cover crucial fire management process. Other bites will be cooked up using a custom built Santa Maria and various pellet grills to ensure we cover whatever you cook on at home.
 
We will cook up a good healthy breakfast plus bites throughout the day, and finish with a group meal celebrating the success of your Advanced Therapy Session. 
 
Also included will be adult beverages, our smoked old fashioned station, pours from our friends at TX Whiskey, and cigars from our pal Latitude Cigars.
