Howdy folks,
I’m pumped to share the finger-licking details of our recent Carswell Meat Therapy Event! It was a day packed with hearty laughs, great friends, and, of course, some killer Texas BBQ. If you couldn't make it, don’t fret – I’ve got a recap and some mouthwatering photos to share with you. So, grab a cold one, kick back, and let’s dig into the good stuff.
Jason cooked up a storm, showcasing some of his best dishes: TX Whiskey Spritzed Brisket, Loaded Baked Potato Salad, TX Bourbon Brined Pulled Pork with Tangy Slaw, and a delicious TX Bourbon BBQ Sauce. Each dish was infused with the heart and soul of Texas, and they were all a huge hit.
