4 Racks, 4 Ways - Spicy Baby Back Ribs: Rack #2

1. Start with prepping your pork ribs by removing the membrane off the bone side of the rack.

2. Season the ribs starting on bone side with @finchbbq Honey Habanero seasoning. Flip over and repeat. Let the rack sit for 30 minutes to allow the seasoning to adhere.

3. Place on @traegergrills rolling 275°, bone side down on the grate. Smoke for 2.5 hours.

4. Grab 2 pieces of foil and lay down a bed of Finch’s Sweet Habanero BBQ sauce, more seasoning, & a few pats of butter.

5. Place baby backs meat side down into foil, wrap tightly and go back on the smoker for 1 hour.

6. Pull and let rest for 30 minutes. Slice up, pour left over juices over the ribs, & get messy with it!
