4 Rib Racks, 4 Different Ways: Rack #1

Smoked Strawberry & Jalapeño Baby Back Ribs!


1. Start with removing the membrane off the back of the ribs.


2. Season your ribs with @meatchurch Texas Sugar on the bone side. Flip over and season meat side with Texas Sugar and The Gospel.


3. Place ribs in @traegergrills , bone side down, running 275° for 2.5 hours.

4. Grab 2 sheets of foil, lay down a bed of @bigwickstx Mesquite Smoked Jalapeño & Poteet Strawberry glaze and The Gospel. Place baby backs, meat side down into the glaze. Wrap tightly with the foil and back on the Traeger, meat side down for 1 hour.


5. Pull and let rest for 30 minutes. Slice up and Enjoy this delicious bite.
