4 Racks, 4 Ways - Jac’s Rack: Rack #3

If you ask my wife, ribs are her favorite thing I cook and this is her favorite combo. Soo yeah… y’all getting a peek at her rack…

The Wrap Ingredients:

- 1/4 cup light brown sugar

- 5 tbsp butter

- 1 tsp Honey Hog seasoning

- 1 TBSP Hot Honey

1. Start will removing the membrane off the bone side of the St. Louis style pork ribs.

2. Season the bone side with Meat Church Holy Voodoo & Texas Sugar.

3. Flip and season meat side with Texas Sugar & Honey Hog.

4. Place on smoker rolling 275° for 2.5 hours.

5. Place down 2 sheets of foil, top with sugar, seasoning, butter & honey.

6. Place pork ribs meat side down into wrap and cover tightly.

7. Go back in smoker at 275° for 1.5 hours. Pull & let rest for 20 minutes.

8. Slice up, pour those glorious leftover juices in them & Devour!
